AIDesk is an AI-powered chatbot platform that enables agencies and businesses to create, customize, and deploy intelligent chatbots trained on custom data. The Service includes:

  • Embeddable chat widgets
  • Analytics and reporting
  • API access (where applicable)

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Create chatbots that impersonate real individuals without consent
  • Generate spam, phishing, or fraudulent content
  • Collect personal data without proper consent

5. Content and Data

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it solely for providing the Service.

5.2 Chatbot Conversations

Conversations between your chatbots and end users are your responsibility. You must ensure compliance with privacy laws and obtain necessary consents.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • No refunds for partial months or unused features
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Free Trial and Free Plan

We may offer free trials or free plans with limited features. These are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or terminate them at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by AltraMind and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (e.g., OpenAI). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. AI RESPONSES MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALTRAMIND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AltraMind from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
